Battle Simulacrum is a exclusive Cyber-Necro mutant which can be obtained in Celsius' new free-to-play online card game called 'Mutants Genesis'. To get it, you need to insert your MGG ID in Mutants Genesis settings, then you should complete all PVE stages and defeat Battle Simulacrum with two other players.

Battle Simulacrum is a hanging in the air metal shell with tentacles, which is held on chains over a lake of mutosterone. There is also a human inside its construction that may control this mutant.
