Appearance
Appears as a tall pale skinned slender man with futuristic armor and a mask. There is ice growing on his back and over his arm, forming a clawed hand and he carries a futuristic revolver type pistol.

Biography
It was during a laboratory accident that Dr. Frost found himself locked in the prototype of its cryogenic engine. Unfortunately, the machine did not behaved as expected and irrevocably changed the temperature of his body. He now has to live with a special suit that keeps his body chilled.
