Appears to be a green gelatinous creature with a yellow eye, a row of teeth on the top jaw and a visible brain that is bursting out of a med pack.

- The name Paramic seems to be a portmanteau of the words Paramedic and Mimic.
- Paramic is failed version of med pack.
- This mutant seems to be based on Chest Monster, or also known as Mimic found in many RPG games.
