Phileas Derocas is a Heroic Cyber-Saber mutant which can be obtained through the Verne's World Raid event.
Appearance[]
Phileas Derocas is a man with well-combed black hair and mustache and well-toned body. He wears a white polo shirt with a black tie, black customized formal vest with two golden buttons, brown belt with a gold buckle, brown pants with straps containing light gold pill-shaped items and dark brown armed boots with leather knee pads, light gold buckle on his foot and thick soles. He also has a leather straps in his chest and a dark brown leather gauntlet in his left arm, where he holds a wrench. Notably, he has a large cybernetic right arm, made of dark gray and gold metals, with parts in the arm that includes a large shoulder that is supported by the leather strapping and a large cybernetic arm with three fingers.

Biography[]
Give a man bolts and copper plates, and it will make him an archetype of human evolution... Although cybernetic modifications are common, some choose, in a firm rebellious spirit, to adopt modifications based on industrial mechanics to remind everyone of the origin of technology. Following multiple experiments by advocates of his point of view, clones of the instigator of this movement were designed to allow him to live forever. But these clones were animated by destructive behavior, and mysteriously vanished into thin air... Until now, at least.
