Possible references

Being a zombie, and using a tongue to attack the enemy, this mutant might be a reference to The Smoker - a type of zombie from Left 4 Dead series.
The Silver version appears to be a reference to Crimson Head, a type of zombie found in the Resident Evil franchise that is slightly stronger than regular Zombies.
The Reactor version is based on Venom from Marvel Comics.
